  • Do you provide the alcohol?

    No. We are a "dry hire" bar. To be in accordance with California law, all alcohol and beverages must be provided by the event coordinator such as bride and groom or through a third party like event caterer.

  • What is your payment policy?

    We require a 50% deposit along with a signed contract to secure your event date. The remaining 50% will be due 14 days prior to your event along with final guest count and any changes.

  • Are you insured?

    Yes, we have general liability insurance and liquor liability insurance. If applicable, it is your responsibility to obtain the proper permits for your event.

  • How do we book?

    Start by sending us an email on our Contact page. From there we can discuss event details. We require a 50% deposit along with a signed contract to secure your event date.

  • How far do we travel?

    We will travel up to 60 miles round trip from from Palos Verdes, CA for free, after 60 miles we will charge $1 per mile each direction.

  • What types of events do you service?

    We love to serve guests at all kinds of events, including weddings, company picnics, corporate parties, birthdays, reunions, tailgates, and festivals & markets. For public events, it’s the responsibility of the client to hold the specific permitting.

  • What does your trailer require for space?

    We require space that is accessible to load in and out with a full size truck. We require flat ground for service and early access for set-up. Lastly, 120-volt standard outlets within 100 feet. If there is no electricity, we can add a generator (for an additional charge).

  • Do you do community events?

    Yes! Please reach out to us, we are happy to support other local brands and establishments.

  • Do we serve events over 150 guests?

    Yes, our trailers comfortably fits two bartenders. For every 75 people we require one bartender, more than that two bartenders are required.

  • What type of glassware do we serve out of?

    We serve out of plastic cups. Unfortunately, we don’t have the adequate space to store glassware. If you are looking for an elevated option, we recommend tossware products.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We understand that sometimes things come up. If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, we will refund your money minus the deposit (retainer) fee.

  • How big is the trailer?

    We need 12Ft. Long by 7Ft. Wide of space.
